The Ride:
After you load your time travel machine, you will venture into a tunnel that takes you back in time. This tunnel features lighting and projections to give you the effect of going back in time. Your first destination is the pyramids. As the ride turns left, your boat swings round to give everyone a perfect view of the Egyptian pyramids being built.
The set will be a half pyramid coming out of the wall with projections of men craving and hauling the stone up the ramps.
As you exit the first scene, you turn back in line with the ride. Sand starts to pick up from a nearby sandstorm as you land in the next scene.
As the sand settles, you see the Parthenon being created in the distance, as you get closer, through projection mapping on a set, you see the completion of the Parthenon. As your exiting the scene, you continue to see the Parthenon and the area around it change over many years.
Next you’re in Ancient Rome, where you see the vast empire creating roads. But along these roads come unwanted guests. With these guests, they bring a dark cloud that takes over the entire scene. This Darkness is considered as the bubonic plague. Through this darkness we see a spark. This is the spark of creativity. The creativity quickly catches on creating the renaissance era. We see great artists and sculpture creating Beautiful masterpieces.
As we enter the next room, we encounter something weird at first. The smell of smoke. As the ride pans to the right, we see one factory producing this smoke. While the factory is center of the room, we notice around it houses and other factory’s start being built. As we exit the scene, there are a set of tracks being laid, the train soon follows picking us up and sending us into another tunnel.
This tunnel isn’t like the first. As you enter the tunnel, these beams of light approaching you. As they get closer, they are major accomplishment that the human races have accomplished. You notice the Eiffel tower, Statue of liberty, the Wright brother first flight. Towards the end of the tunnel is a light, at first. As you get closer, you notice that is Apollo 11 launching off into space.
As the light fades, we see Neil Armstrong taking the first steps on the moon for mankind. The ride turns revealing the planet we live on today. Just before exiting the room, we hear Time herself say “Pretty amazing huh? As you can see, centuries ago, we have been using our time to create amazing achievements like never before, going place we have dreamed of. What happens these next few centuries is up to you."
